Delete your data
Last updated: 20 October 2026
For the Android games by Robbert Camps (robbertc5.com) on Google Play:
Rummage: Puzzle Pantry and
HexaJam.
These games have no accounts. The only data that leaves your phone is
the optional play statistics, and only if you said yes to Share
play stats: game events (such as levels started, won, lost or
left, and hints used), your approximate location (country, region and
city, looked up from your IP address, which is not stored), the game’s
version and a random stats ID that the game made up. Full details are in
the privacy
policy.
How to delete your data
- Stop new statistics. In the game, switch off
Share play stats (Rummage: the gear on the main screen;
HexaJam: the pause menu). The game stops recording and deletes anything
it has not sent yet.
- Delete the statistics already sent. Email me@robbertc5.com
with the subject “Delete my data”. Name the game and copy in your
stats ID, which the game shows under Share play stats
(in Rummage, tap the ID to copy it). We delete all statistics for that
ID within 30 days and reply when it is done. If the game does not show
an ID, or you have already uninstalled it, tell us the game, roughly
when you played and how far you got, and we will look for your
data.
- Delete what is on your phone. Uninstall the game.
That removes your progress, coins, settings and the stats ID. If Android
backup is on, Google may keep a copy of the game’s save in your Google
account; you can delete it in your Google account’s backup
settings.
What is deleted and what is
kept
- Deleted on request: all play statistics tied to
your stats ID, including the approximate location. We keep no copy.
- Otherwise: we keep statistics for as long as they
help us improve and support the games, and delete them when they no
longer do.
- Not held by us: purchases (HexaJam) are handled by
Google Play, and the optional ad videos (HexaJam) by Google AdMob.
Google keeps those records under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy); you can manage or
delete them in your Google account and your phone’s ad settings.
